Water fund bill eyed to aid four Upper Basin states
An editorial discusses a House plan by Rep Barrett to split $500,000 annual Colorado River development fund among Utah Colorado Wyoming and Arizona after July 1 1948. It would expand Central Utah and Echo Park Dam pre projects and oppose previous Bureau of Reclamation allocations favoring Colorado. The article urges passage with hoped mutual respect among representatives.
