Funeral Rites for Mrs Leona Freestone Held
Funeral services for Mrs Leona McConkle Freestone wife of Floyd W Freestone were held Wednesday in the Maeser ward chapel with Bishop Lester Bingtam presiding. Interment followed in Maeser cemetery with Verdin R Johnson dedicating the grave. Mrs Freestone, born December 3 1890 in Vernal, was the daughter of Virtus F and Caroline Walker McConkle. She married Floyd W Freestone May 19 1924 in the Sutter Lake temple. death occurred Sunday morning. She is survived by husband Floyd and children Melba Mas... plus sisters Win Ho McCankle and others.

Vivian Stella Thacker 16 daughter of Mr and Mrs Lesle Thacker died at Salt Lake hospital on Tuesday after surgery for usin 5 trouble. Born November 6 1923 in Vernal she was a Uintah high school student. Funeral services will be held Friday at 1 00 p m in the Mar yer wird chapel under the ward bishopric.
