Funeral held Tuesday March 20 at Mountain Dell ward Dry Fork with Bishop Charles T Pope presiding interment in Dry Fork cemetery. Services were conducted amid deep snow with the Mountain Dell choir performing Oh My Father Guide Me to Thee and Farewell All Earthly Honors.

Davis County to receive five new spraying machines
GEARMINGTON March 17. Five community power spraying machines have been ordered by the Davis County Farm Bureau and will arrive in a few days. Each machine has a 144 horsepower gasoline engine and a 1650 gallon spray liquid tank. Three will serve Farmington area, one Kayaville, and one Clearfield district under local farm bureau presidents.
