OutaIns Take Issue With Nature Group On Water Project
The letter, from Lynn Hayward and co signatories, argues for the Colorado River Storage Project. It claims the plan provides storage, irrigation, power, and municipal water for Utah and other western areas, protecting the Upper Basin and aiding industrial growth. It defends Echo Park and Split Mountain dams as essential, urges Nature Conservancy support, and asserts minimal impact on Dinosaur National Monument.
