Notice is hereby given that Doug R Lyon assignee of Taylor GC Lyon has filed notice of intention to make final proof to establish claim to the land described in Desertland Unity No 25 section 14 township 28 range 22 Utah. The hearing before the Register and Receiver at Vernal Utah is set for January 6 1911. Claimants witnesses are Clarence W Showalter Arthur Lyon Edward Lyans and Henry Kurtz all of Vernal Utah.
