Funeral services were held Friday December 7 at 1 p m in the Myton Ward chapel for Glenn Unca Sam 42 of Arcadia who died Monday afternoon of last week He was born May 17 1920 in Ft Duchesne to Taharvis and Nora Price Unca Sam He married Jositha Magpie and they were later divorced Survivors include son Evelene Canton of Oklahoma four brothers and four sisters Edgar Hugh Myron Fred Unca Sam and Mrs Helen Price all of Arcadia Burial was in the Myton Cemetery under the direction of the Olpin Mortuary of Roosevelt

Uintah High School now features six completed tennis courts funded by the Ver nal Lions Club. Dr. Jack Seltz chaired the project with 71 Lions contributing 472 hours. Total non donated labor cost was 5897.77, covered by the school district.
