Edgar C Jones Vernal and Mosby Irrigation Company Lapoint seek extension from Oct 7 1950 to Oct 7 1963 for proof of appropriation of 438 cfs and 600 acre feet from Mosby Creek Uintah County Utah under Application 8878 for irrigation. Protests must be in affidavit form to State Engineer by Jan 17 1939.

Ex residents and relatives visited Maeser 2nd Ward for May Bingham's funeral while Thanksgiving gatherings filled homes across Rupert Salt Lake Provo Parowan and other towns. Families including Atwood Richards Fox Merkleys and Binghams traveled from Rupert Layton Provo and Glendale to share meals temple work and remembrance.
Funeral services for Martha Bingham were held Friday at Maeser Ward chapel at 1 00 pm with Warren Merkley presiding. Music included Oh My Father and That Wonderful Mother of Mine. Burial followed at Maeser Cemetery with pallbearers and out of town attendees named.
Mrs Warren received a Department of the Interior incentive award at a Dinosaur National Monument staff meeting. Superintendent Jess N Lombard presented the honor recognizing her superior achievements as clerk-typist since June 1935, noting improved operations through her suggestions and performance.
