Tourism education clinics set for Vernal by Wm Winder
Wm C Winder of the department of public instruction in Salt Lake City will visit Vernal on Thursday April 24 and Thursday May 1 to conduct tourist education clinics for local employees. Trash Fire Damages Assembly of God Church Porch
A trash fire in the yard of the Assembly of God Church at 2nd West and Main Streets burned portions of the back porch around 11:30 am Tuesday. Firefighters chopped away the blaze and quickly cooled the remaining embers. The building is owned by Mrs. Kate Adama.
