Ed Miller and wife sold their west side property on State street. M G Clair bought it and moved his hardware stock into the second story as a dwelling. Clair plans a general hardware supply, warns prices will not be as high as previously. A stage factory is to be built soon, with 500000 stave bolts advertised and staged to the town.
