In Jackson township Wood County Ohio on Friday February 29 Abraham Rhinebolt sued Charles Musser for twenty dollars loaned to his fiancée and one fifty for a ring. A jury awarded Rhinebolt twenty one fifty, in one of Wood county’s most interesting trials.

Seeds distributed by Agriculture Department reach wide regions

The Agriculture Department sent 1,884,514 vegetable seed packages and 233,440 flower seed packages with large quantities of wheat, oats, barley, potatoes, turnips, sugar beet, cotton, and jute. Purchases came from several states with New York City Marblehead and Philadelphia supplying the largest amounts. All seed purchased was thoroughly tested before distribution.

Miners Vote to Strike and Support Cash Aid

New York on March 3 reports the failures of R Rhett and J A Patterson at the New York Mining and Petroleum Exchange. Rhett fell short by 58 000 barrels and Patterson by 60 000 barrels of oil in the trading session.
