Grange Rules on Subscriptions and Dues
The Executive Committee of Kansas lays down that subordinate Granges may not subscribe to joint stock company stock or assess members for such payments beyond funds on hand. A dimit holder is answerable to any Grange within jurisdiction. Past Masters and wives may be tried in their own Grange or jurisdiction. Dimit applications require a majority vote. Trading cards must be surrendered on limit. Dues may be remitted only for those unable to pay.
