Man Accused of Selling Minor Gun
George Mcsarvey of this city pleaded not guilty at arraignment before Mayor John H. Morrison on a charge of selling a 22 calibre revolver to a 14 year old local boy. The case was cited to police by juvenile officer F Earl Shaffer and the charge was filed by Chief of Police W E Jackson. A hearing of evidence before Mayor Morrison was set for 2 o'clock this afternoon. Jackson said selling a pistol to anyone under 17 violates an Ohio law.

British Red Cross Head Killed in Ethiopian Bombing
