Social Evening Of Book Club And Ladies Aid Events
The Book club and families gathered at Dr. and Mrs. W. W. Mott for a Friday night with a four course dinner and a musical program. Miss Alta Strange sang and the Dorsthy Duckwall piano pair led an ensemble including N. R. Conwell and Austin Corey. The Ladies Aid met at Mrs. G. G. Richardson’s home with prayers, new members, and refreshments. The Masonic lodge also held a banquet with third degree work for many local members.
