Court voids Union vote against business zoning

The suit by Marie and Albert Schuholz Jr. argued the referendum violated due process and improperly reversed court zoning changes. The decision asserts voters may not misuse referendum power to defeat zoning and recognizes the court can rule on the constitutionality of voter actions.
