A crane boom failed at Hamiltons new municipal parking garage site injuring two Cincinnati men and killing Guy Billy Riebel 54 of Liberty Township. Riebel died from skull fractures at the scene. two coworkers were treated at Mercy Hospital. Riebel helped found Liberty Township Fire Department and was a long time Otis Elevator employee.
