The Ukiah Wildcats marching band captured a third straight sweepstakes trophy at the Surf City Band Review in Santa Cruz on Saturday. The win secures the perpetual four foot trophy as Ukiah posted 91.65, topped Cupertino last week, and earned 483.5 of 500 in the music sweepstakes. Over 3500 peers packed the audience as the band was greeted with thunderous applause.
