Darrell Dean Waters was found guilty of second degree murder in the stabbing death of Robert James Hansen near Boonville. A nine jurors panel deliberated four hours before verdict at 3:50 p.m. The judge set sentencing for three weeks later. the defense argued self defense while the district attorney sought first degree murder.
