Tragedy in Willits Claims Willits High Senior
A 17 year old Willits senior, David Henry Crews, died after an electrocution while unplugging a 440 volt auger motor at Little Lake Industries on Commercial Street. He had been a varsity athlete and Black W athletic club president, and planned to attend College of the Redwoods for vocational training in lumber and building trades. Funeral services were arranged by Anker Lucier Mortuary in Willits.
