McClellan Honored on Retirement After 44 Years
C R Chue Masten ends a 44 year Standard Oil career with a retirement Friday. A Saturday party at House of Garner drew about 100 friends, open house at his Regina Heights home Sunday with 80 attendees. He and wife Helen plan a Canada and Alaska trip, then settle in Ukiah after a three month trip. He started in Paso Robles in 1924, held multiple sales and engineering posts including Honolulu head sales engineer, and returned to Ukiah in 1961.
