Ukiah to Offer Life Saving Classes This Summer
Ukiah Recreation Department will run junior and senior life saving courses starting Monday at the municipal pool. Courses are five nights per week for two weeks, with a $3.50 fee. Ages 12 and 16 are required for junior and senior ratings respectively, lessons run 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Signup at first class with instructor Miss Sue Creftcot. Learn to Swim and adult evening classes begin week of June 19, and public pool hours start June 24 through Sept 4 with varied daily times.
