Radio helicopter crash kills two in Quincy fire
A traffic scouting helicopter from a Boston station crashed into a three story apartment building in Quincy. Pilot Richard Red Banks, 50, and reporter Chip Whitmore, 29, from WEEI were killed. Four residents were injured as a three alarm fire followed. The two victims were substituting for the regular crew.
