Jaguar Sedans and Larks Dominate Sebring Race

Walter Hansgen of Westfield New Jersey won a two hour Sebring compact-car event at an average 78 mph in a Jaguar sedan. Curtis Turner of Charlotte finished second in a Studebaker Lark, with Briggs Cunningham and Ralph Moody also placing in Jaguars and Larks as Swedish Volvo and several American cars trailed.
