Psychologist Sues Mendocino State Hospital for 7 Million
Rudolph Holzinger, a former Mill Valley psychologist, sues Mendocino State Hospital and the Department of Mental Hygiene in Superior Court seeking 7.16 million dollars in special, general, and punitive damages for deprivation of civil rights and breach of contract.
