County Board Lowers Tax Rate to 2.58 and Approves Budget

13 Year Old Boy In Juvenile Court For Burglaries
A 13 year old Ukiah boy was arraigned in justice court on three felony burglary counts. Judge Fred Goss certified him to juvenile court. Ukiah police report he admitted taking two 17 jewel watches from Ronald Jacobs at 1101 North Oak on August 16 and burglarizing Robert Peck at 1113 North Oak and Eric Walters at 188 Low Gap Road on August 9 and 16.
