Jewelers Plan $40,000 Remodeling Expansion in Tucson
Grunewald and Adams jewelers at 60 East Congress Street announce a $40,000 remodeling and enlargement to start in July. The project will add a new Congress Street façade, deeper floor, a west extension behind the Zuni House, a larger sterling silver area, and new gift, optical, watch repair, and china and glassware departments. The plan follows the Sterling Silver club concept introduced in 1947 to broaden access to sterling silver by low payments, boosting local business and prompting national imitation.
