Film magnate Adolph Zukor, founder of Paramount Pictures, dies at 103 in California. Born in Hungary, he immigrated to the United States, built a film empire, and remained active as chairman emeritus of Paramount. Survivors include daughter Mildred Zukor Loew and two grandchildren, all of Tucson.

Arizona rules require buried phone lines in new developments
