Tucson policemen appeal firings to Civil Service panel
Three Tucson officers Wyatt Day Gerard Allen and Charles Stevens have appealed their terminations to the Civil Service Commission seeking reinstatement. Hearing dates are set for late June with Day facing alleged heroin conspiracy charges that were dropped. Stevens also challenges his firing over a missing incident report.
