Flowing Wells Board Reviews 833 600 Budget Plan
Flowing Wells school board began evaluating next year’s budget totaling 833 600 for the high school and elementary schools. Supt George Smith cited a 182 475 increase and projected enrollment rises to 2200 by September. The high school budget totals 202 235 up from 218 575, with plans for team teaching and an addition to the administration unit under consideration. Public hearings will precede final adoption in midsummer.

Three Tucson Motorists Fined And Jailed In Drunk Driving Plea
Three Tucson motorists received $100 fines and 10 day jail terms for driving while intoxicated in lower courts. Nelson Lopez 33 of Sells Edwin C McCarthy 136 of 408 E 35th St and Francisco G Cruz 50 of 222 W Kentucky were sentenced. Lopez also chose either a $10 fine or one day in jail for driving without a license.
