Hearing Set On Shooting At Mt Fagan Ranch
A preliminary hearing on the Mt Fagan ranch shooting is set for next Thursday in Justice of the Peace court. Ello Red Rova the ranch foreman faces an assault with a deadly weapon charge and is free on a $1000 bond. Roy L Mahoney ranch hand said he fired back from his window and Rova left. Mahoney later attacked Rova on the highway and was fined 25 dollars or five days for simple assault.
