Dulles plane loses engine lands safely at Anacostia

Secretary of State Dulles was aboard a military plane that lost power on approach to Washington. The pilot diverted to Anacostia Naval Air Station to avoid crossing the Potomac, landing safely after the engine emitted smoke.
