The Welly-Arizona Consolidated Copper Company plans to spend proceeds from its first 56000 of treasury stock sold in Tucson on a road to Mt Lemmon resort in the Catalina mountains. Promoter William H Daly says a 3196000 bond supports the project and funds will be banked and released as work proceeds to develop mines and haul ore between Dally camp and Tucson.
The superior court opened this afternoon with Judge G Walter Shute presiding. A jury was impaneled early as the civil suit Wright vs Belt and minor probate matters were heard. The Deyo vs Arizona Grading and Construction Company trial order was vacated by agreement. All criminal cases are set for tomorrow morning. County Attorney Hilzinger was away on business.

Cheyenne Wyoming October 24 Two trainmen were killed and several passengers slightly injured when Union Pacific Limited No 7 westbound collided with a freight train near Bushnell Nebraska late last night. The dead are John W Crawford foreman and W A Moore brakeman both of Cheyenne. John Uley of Cheyenne was severely scalded.
