Johnson fired at Moore while Moore used a pick handle and later shackle d him and forced him to run three miles between ponies as punishment.
In Troy New York on March 25 Henry Nye shot his wife Maggie Nye in their Stephentown home after a jealous argument. Nye fled into the nearby mountains with a shotgun as a posse led by Sheriff Heeran searches the Ozark? Stephentown hills for the suspect.
James M. Barnes of 1723 Gough Street went to Johns Hopkins Hospital for surgery to remove a several inch hose from his stomach. The hose, once connected to a stomach pump, detached and was ingested after a pump caused ongoing suffering. operation scheduled for tomorrow at 1 pm.
Helena Montana March 25 The entire city police force resigned after claiming orders from Mayor Frank J Edwards to arrest anti Ed wards Republicans as he seeks re election. The Republican primaries are set for Thursday and expected to be close.
In Washington on March 25 the House resumed Moss vs Rhea from Kentucky Third District. After two hours of debate Rhea, a Democrat, was unseated by 127 to 457 and Moss, a Republican, seated. W. F. Kitt will be ready for business in his new role tomorrow.
