Three Albany men plead guilty in rape case in Rensselaer County
Three 20 year old Albany men pleaded guilty to a reduced misdemeanor rape charge in Rensselaer County Court for a May incident involving a 17 year old Albany girl. George Pulver Daniel Lamphere and Robert Dillon were remanded to jail with sentencing set for Sept. 25 after probation review. Assistant District Attorney Elliott Marinstain urged the plea.

The County CSEA Chapter in Rensselaer County will install newly elected officers at a banquet tomorrow at the Sunset Inn. Ruth Owens of the Health Department will become president for another term, with A Victor Costa as principal speaker. John M.
