An 8 year old Gary Berger of Grafton Center was struck by a car on Route 2 in Grafton. Judge John T. Casey authorized a $400 settlement for the boy’s injuries, treated at St Mary’s Hospital for abrasions to both arms and the right knee. The car owner Marion Hatch was insured. Harry T. Shamlan handled the claim.
