Montes oof the Lemsingburg High School Parent-Teacher group elected Mrs John W. Rann president for the coming year. Others selected include Mrs James HO vine president, Mrs William O. Ambubl and Berrigan were named to city posts today by William F. Tu by, commissioner of public works. Ambult, a longtime water bureau foreman, was promoted to aide superintendent, while Ivin Bertigan became secretary in the same department, succeeding his predecessor who entered service earlier this year.
