Castro foresees utopia without money in Cuba

Fidel Castro told farmers near Havana that money is already abolished among youth workers in agriculture and that they operate with happiness and enthusiasm, having not received a cent. State Buildings Excused From Pollution Control

New York reports thousands of buildings spared from the new air pollution rules effective today as incinerators must have anti-pollution devices or close. Disciples Convention Hears Talk on Unity and Reformation

Board OKs Addition At Carroll Hill

At a special meeting the Troy Board of Education approved adding twelve classrooms to Carroll Hill Elementary at an estimated cost of 510000. Evans and Davis will draft plans for bids to be advertised, with occupancy hoped by September 1968. The board rescinded May 3 resolution to buy a kitchen cabinet unit due to conflicting sale contracts.

Conduct Rites For Mrs Cahill

The funeral of Mrs. Mary Lodge Cahill was held yesterday from the John H. Lodge Funeral Home and at St. Peter's Church. A Solemn Requiem Mass was celebrated by Rt. Rev. Msgr. Matthew M. Brennan with Rev. Sean McMahon and Rev. John Walsh as deacon and subdeacon. Bearers were Dennis J. Flannery Harold C. Peasley Frank YT Bolliger Leonard F. Guyette Joseph J. Minnock and Lawrence E. Callary. Monsignor Brennan officiated at the grave in St. Mary's Cemetery.
