Defense may seek mistrial in Pruyn murder case

In Saratoga County, defense attorney Edward J. McMahon discussed a potential mistrial today citing a Sunday Saratogian report claiming he offered the prosecution 25 years to life for Kenyon "Billy" Pruyn in exchange for dismissal of first degree murder charges. Zurlo promoted to lieutenant colonel in U S Army

Doctor Joseph A. Zurlo son of Mr and Mrs Zurlo promoted to lieutenant colonel at Tripler Army Medical Center Honolulu Hawaii. A Mechanicville High School honor graduate and West Point dean’s list member, he served with the 82nd Airborne in Vietnam and trained as a surgeon in Hawaii. He joins DeWitt Army Hospital Fort Belvoir Virginia and will live in Mount Vernon with his wife and daughter.
