Rensselaer agency CFCS to relocate and expand services
Outreach Family Services will move in August or September to 927 Third St in the former St Pauls parsonage and be renamed Catholic Family Community Services. The Albany Diocese funds CFCS which will add a social worker Sister Louise Francis to handle casework while Farrelly focuses on program development and community organization. The agency aims to reach more residents, especially families near the river, and improve visibility in the community.
