Death by own action ruled in cemetery shooting
Kenneth McNally 17 of East Greenbush died after a gun battle at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. County medical examiner ruled the death as death by own action. Two cousins, Michael Brooking and Carl Brooking, were arraigned on first degree assault charges in Albany. The Roark brothers were hospitalized in good condition.
