Eight indictments handed by Rensselaer Grand Jury
The Rensselaer County Grand Jury reported to Justice Donald H. Teyler, returning eight indictments. District Attorney Timothy F. O'Brien arraigned six defendants who pleaded not guilty. Several cases were transferred to County Court with varied bail and counsel arrangements. Notable indictments include Richard Ingraham for grand larceny of $420 from John Riley on Dec 21, 1949, and others for burglary and grand larceny.
