In Rensselaer Police Court Judge La Verne G. Lewis adjourned the case of Helen N. Hart 51 of 54 Partitions to January 5 at 6 30 AM. She faces charges of leaving the scene of an accident driving an uninsured vehicle and lacking a license. Hart is in custody with public defender Pierce H. Russell entering innocent pleas. Witness Robert Kisselback of First Trust Co Albany was injured when attempting to repossess the car and was treated at St Peter's Hospital.

Winthrop Lab Painter Kenneston Dies at 62
Frank N Kenneston Jr. of 462 Washington St. died Tuesday night from a heart attack. A Winthrop Laboratories painter for 27 years, he was active with the Red Cross and several local organizations. Funeral services set for 9:15 a.m. at William J. Lyons Funeral Home and 10 a.m. at St. John’s Church with a Requiem Mass. burial at HalY Sepulchre Cemetery. He is survived by his wife Catherine Roach, a daughter Jane Berlis, five sisters, three brothers, and one grandchild. Death attributed to natural causes by Coroner John J. Marra.
