East Greenbush Justice Faces Contempt Citation
East Greenbush Town Justice Patrick Maney was ordered to appear in court on Friday as he faces possible contempt of court. Justice Pennock demanded explanation for failing to follow a Nov. 30 order to produce documents about a January 1974 ruling made in Maney’s living room in Seiden’s case. Maney said Seiden’s father Saul Seiden accused prosecutor Peter Kehoe of perjury, and Kehoe released the files after Maney allegedly allowed it. Maney seeks appointment to replace Don Cholakis and claims political harm from Seiden’s actions.
