Indicted Cohoes Cops Face More Charges After Assault Probe
Two Cohoes police officers John McKown and Thomas Ross were indicted on second degree assault charges by an Albany County Grand Jury for the Oct. 1 arrest of Joseph Monast. Mayor Canestrari said additional departmental charges will be filed.
