Banks Hold Up Enosburg Falls Vermont
Gunmen robbed two banks in Enosburg Falls Vermont on Monday with no injuries reported. The Howard Bank and Sterling Trust Co. losses totaled about 50 000 with over 35 000 and 15 000 respectively. A car linked to the heists was later found abandoned near the Canadian border. The raids are considered related by state police.

Whitehall Teenager Killed in Vermont Crash
In West Haven Vermont a Whitehall girl Corrine A Winters aged 15 died after a one car crash. The vehicle driven by Howard Ryder 20 also of Whitehall left the roadway and pinned Winters beneath it.
