The Surrogate's Court tax return for Mrs. Margaret O Neill's estate lists multiple charitable bequests including $1,000 to Sacred Heart Church for Masses and to its St Vincent de Paul society, $500 to the Home for the Aged of the Little Sisters of the Poor, and $500 to St Joseph's Union Orphans’ Home. Also named are relatives of both spouses and other named beneficiaries. Arthur J McLaughlin is noted as executor. The estate's net value and residue pass to heirs with the will naming nephews and nieces of Mrs O Neill.
