Lyttle ordered to pay county for legal fees
William J. Lyttle, serving a 50 year sentence for the hatchet murders of his step mother and step sister, was ordered by Saratoga County Judge Loren N. Brown to reimburse the county $3,000 for legal fees from a two week trial that ended June 30. His inherited $5,000 from his grandmother Marion Christie Lyttle was considered in the ruling.

Longe pleads innocent in Legg's death
Albany man Daniel K. Longe 29 pleaded innocent in county court to two counts of second degree murder and one count of first degree manslaughter in the beating death of former roommate Harold Legg.
