Richard DelAmater, 30, of 86 Oakwood Ave, charged with third degree assault, appeared in Troy Police Court before Justice Timothy J. Fogarty. Complainant Raymond Green, Hitching Post Road, Colonie. DelAmater was released in his own recognizance until this morning and granted adjournment to obtain counsel.
