Judge Rules Maselli to Stand Trial in County Court
Rensselaer County Judge John Casey ordered John D Maselli 19 of Adams Massachusetts to stand trial for the assault of Daniel Parker Jel 42 near LeBaron's Tavern Route 7 Hoosick in Johnsonville. The indictment against Maselli remains, while co-defendants Robert Felix 19 and George Oakes 20 were dismissed for lack of evidence. Parker Jel was hospitalized after the incident. Maselli faced $3,000 bail and was represented by Marvin I Honig with district attorney M Andrew Dwyer Jr opposing dismissal.
