Fire units share funds from Rotary canoe races derby

The John Ahearn Rescue Squad will get 300 dollars from gate proceeds at the finish line run by the Kiwanis Club. The rotary executive committee will allocate the total to various departments and services. The club reported 2 198 dollars from entry fees 200 dollars in grants from city and county bicentennial commission and 315 81 dollars from the snack bar.
