Two Albany men indicted on burglary and weapons charges
William A. Collins, 19, of Lansing Street, faces third degree burglary and petty larceny for allegedly breaking into a Brunswick home on July 10, 1975 and stealing a citizen band radio, three rifles and food. George Daniels, 23, of First Street, is charged with second degree criminal possession of stolen property and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle for allegedly possessing an Oldsmobile stolen the day before. A Long Island man, Michael Lasher, 20, of Great Neck, is indicted for second degree assault and third degree criminal possession of a weapon after allegedly swinging a four inch razor at Patrick Russo Jr. on March 8, causing an upper lip laceration. Additional indictments include Jame Vinnie Cocca for criminal usury in East Greenbush and Kenneth T. Lodge for two counts of operating a motor vehicle under the influence in Schodack.
